Jennifer H. Milne is the founder and owner of SoFlo Legal Rescue, a Palm Beach County family law practice dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions.

Licensed to practice law since 1999, Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi. Early in her career, she worked with a highly respected family law firm handling a wide range of divorce and family law matters, gaining valuable experience in complex custody disputes, support issues, property division, and post-judgment litigation.

Jennifer has also served within the University of California system, where she participated on a research ethics committee, further strengthening her commitment to fairness, integrity, and advocacy.

What truly distinguishes Jennifer’s approach to family law is her personal understanding of the challenges families face. After witnessing her husband’s lengthy custody battle involving severe parental alienation, she gained firsthand insight into the emotional toll family law disputes can have on parents and children. That experience reinforced her passion for protecting parent-child relationships and helping families find solutions that serve the best interests of their children.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has remained committed to serving her community. She has volunteered with the Palm Beach County Guardian ad Litem Program and has worked as a domestic violence volunteer, helping vulnerable individuals navigate difficult circumstances and access the support they need.

Today, Jennifer combines more than two decades of legal experience with compassionate, client-focused representation. She is dedicated to providing practical guidance, honest advice, and strong advocacy for individuals and families throughout Palm Beach County facing divorce, custody disputes, timesharing issues, child support matters, domestic violence concerns, and other family law challenges.

Jennifer believes every client deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered throughout the legal process. Her goal is simple: help clients protect what matters most and move forward with confidence.
